Abstract
Excavations at Ḥorbat Sib revealed an agricultural village, whose inhabitants engaged, inter alia, in the production of oil and wine. Among the finds was a complex winepress, unique both in plan and in size—several suggestions are offered in attempt to reconstruct the way it was operated.
