Abstract
Sixteen coins were discovered during the excavation at Ben Shemen, ten of them were identified. The coins include two Hasmonean pruṭot, an autonomous issue minted in the city of Philadelphia (Rabbat Amon) and seven Late Roman minimi of the fourth and fifth centuries CE.
