Abstract
In July–October 1967, a trial excavation was conducted at Gesher Benot Ya‘aqov (map ref. unknown), following the completion of extensive drainage work on the west bank of the Jordan river. The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by D. Gilad.
