Abstract
In October 1963, a trial excavation was conducted at Horbat Dorban (map ref. unknown), near Moshav Bar-Giyora. The excavation was carried out following the discovery of a pile of pottery sherds that were removed from a cave on the northwestern slope of the hill. The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by Y. Aharoni.
