Abstract
In the years 1965–1966 and 1968, three seasons of trial excavations were conducted in the Ein-HaYam neighborhood in Haifa, east of Tel Shikmona (map ref. 19697/74813). The excavations were carried out following the discovery of a burial cave during road construction. The excavations, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, were directed by Y. Elgavish and A. Zigelman.
