Abstract
In August–September 1970, a salvage excavation was conducted in the area of Tel Qadesh (map ref. 2498/7804), following the discovery of a shaft tomb during road works in the vicinity of the Tel. The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by N. Teflinsky.
