Abstract
In October–November 1965, a salvage excavation was conducted in ‘Akko, at the remains of the ancient port, following the construction of a fishing pier (map ref. unknown; for plans see excavation file). The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums and the Association for the Advancement of Underwater Archaeological Research in Israel, was directed by E. Linder.
