Abstract
In the years 1955–1959, excavations were conducted at Tel Sheikh 'Ali (map ref. unknown), under the direction of M. Prausnitz (Areas A–C). Remains of structures that were dated to the Neolithic period and the beginning of the Chalcolithic period were discovered.
