Abstract
In January 1979, a trial excavation was conducted in the tunnel leading from the Western Wall Plaza to Ha‑Gai Street in the Old City of Jerusalem, under the direction of M. Magen. The excavation was carried out within renovation and repaving works in the tunnel.
