Abstract
During May 2014, a trial excavation was conducted at Kafr Kanna (Permit No. A-7117/2014), following the discovery of antiquities during the construction of a new road in the Jebel Khuwweikha neighborhood. The excavation, undertaken on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority, was directed by P. Abu Zidan, with the assistance of Y. Yaakobi (administration), R. Mishayev and R. Liran (surveying), Y. Bibas (photography), and laborers from Project 500.
