Abstract
In August 1955, an excavation was conducted in the Katamon neighborhood of Jerusalem (Map ref. unknown), following the discovery of a burial cave during the digging of a sewage channel in the Amidar housing complex. The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by Y. Aharoni.
