Abstract
During November 1955, a trial excavation was conducted in Haifa, west of the public park in El-‘Atiqa (the former Arab quarter; map ref. unknown). The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiques and Museums, was directed by Z. Goldman. A courtyard containing columns and rock-hewn burial chambers was exposed.
