Abstract
In February 1955, a salvage excavation was conducted at the Be’er Sheva railroad station (map ref. 18206/57443). The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by Sh. Levy. Three probes were opened. in which the remains of a Byzantine farmhouse were exposed.
