Abstract
From November 1961 to February 1962, an excavation was conducted on the grounds of the Crusader fortress in Safed (map ref. unknown), following its exposure by M. Dothan in 1950. The excavation was directed by A. Druks, with the assistance of Sh. Amit (Plans).
