Abstract
In 1964, a trial excavation was conducted in Maghar (map ref. 236/756). The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by N. Tfilinsky. Rock cuttings and a cistern were discovered in the excavation. No finds were recovered.
