Abstract

The pottery presented in this study was retrieved from sealed loci excavated inside Room 8 of the Great Causeway, in Rooms 21 and 22 of the triclinium building and in Vault 230, north of Room 21 in the Western Wall Tunnel excavations, Jerusalem. The assemblages comprise imported and local vessels, which enabled refining the Roman-period dating of the monumental buildings and elements constructed at the western foot of the Temple Mount.
