Abstract
In 1955, an excavation was conducted in Tiberias, near the building of the General Bureau of Workers (map ref. unknown), following the discovery of a sarcophagus and built tombs during the digging of sewage pits. The excavation, on behalf of the Department of Antiquities and Museums, was directed by B. Ravni.
