Abstract
In October 2001, a salvage excavation was conducted in Lahav Forest (Permit No. A-3508/2001; map. ref. 18584/58707). The excavation, undertaken on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority and funded by the Jewish National Fund (JNF), was directed by N. Negev, with the assistance of H. Lavi (administration), A. Hajian (surveying and drafting), and C. Amit (field photography).
